Dear YPAC Members,
Thanks to those of you who have signed up for the 2014 YPAC Ski Trip, we are looking forward to having a great time in February! YPAC would like to inform you that the ski trip is full; however, if there’s enough interest, YPAC can add another room and 6-10 more participants. Please let us know immediately!
Details of the trip:
Location: RCR Kimberley Ski Resort
Date: February 21-23, 2014
Accommodation: Copper Springs Deluxe 4 Bedroom, Trickle Creek Lodge, or Polaris Lodge (right on the hill!)
Cost includes accommodation and bus transportation:
Shared Bed Accommodations (2 per bed) – $250
Single Bed Accommodations (1 per bed) – $340
Students get a $50 discount!
Lift tickets: due to the feedback we’ve received, we decided to leave it to the participants to purchase their own passes. That way you can decide on the number of passes you personally need and utilize any ski cards you may have gotten earlier this season. The resort rates are listed here.
Payment logistics: For the previous arrangements, the full amount of the payment you have already made will be refunded to you automatically, you do not need to make any additional actions. If you do not receive the refund by 15 January, please contact darren.low@ypacanada.com and we will make sure you get it. If you are interested in joining the trip to the location above, please send an email to info@ypacanada.com indicating if you are a full member or a student and the type of accommodation (single or shared) you prefer. A PayPal request will be issued to you, upon completing, which your spot on the trip will be confirmed.
