Come out to enjoy a night of networking as Young Pipeliners Association of Canada (YPAC) teams up with Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) for a joint event. Not only will you be able to network with other energy professionals, but also hear tips from a Senior Human Resources Professional about how to build your connections and learn from people around you.

 

More about our professional speaker: Ada Tai

With a Masters of Business Administration Degree, and the Certified Human Resources Professional designation, Ada has been working in the field of Human Resources in various organizations for close to 10 years. She has extensive experience in many aspects of HR such as recruiting, employee relations management, strategic planning, acquisition, training, etc. In later 2015, Ada took a different challenge by starting her own practice where she provides HR consulting service and training to organizations, and coaches individuals who are in need of job search training.

Ada has developed strong public speaking and communication skills through facilitating corporate training, workshops, and hosting large events.

In spare time, Ada devotes a lot of her time volunteering in the communities, including acting as a Vice President of the board of a non-profit organization, and being a mentor at the MBA program at the University of Alberta.
