On November 25, 2021 YPAC Toronto Chapter hosted Mark Roswell and Scott Gerun from Acuren to give a presentation on Indirect Inspections and Acuren’s Hawkeye Platform to assess potential external corrosion issues for buried assets. Our speakers shared how Hawkeye platform provides innovative technical solutions to industry professionals and provides a cost-effective means of supplementing Pipeline Integrity Management Programs. Hawkeye development, refined approach to Indirect Inspection surveys, implementation of a new technology, and Hawkeye functionality for both pipelines and facilities were discussed.
